Why share price get stuck at 2 to 3 cents? P/E
Post# of 22454
P/E ratio = Current share price / Earnings per share
Current share price = P/E ratio x Earnings per share
Since the company's Earnings per share = zero
Share price logically should be $0.000000000001
But it remains at 2 to 3 cents because investors see potential in the company and does not see it as a deadwood like other OTC listed stocks.
But there is uncertainty how much royalties the company will receive from licensee Amtronics and uncertainty if the company will succeed in the QD Blockchain operation, so no investor want to bid up share price to 10 cents, 50 cents or $1. Investors are in the "wait and see" mode. As the company's true potential become obvious and confirmed amid increasing number of licensing deals, signalling imminent inflow of increasing sustainable revenues, share price will fly and QTMM's status of "penny stock" will be history.
The extent of bashing in this stock is a good indication of the magnitude of future growth potential in QMC. Bashers do not bash deadwood stocks. Most shareholders don't seem to care about bashing as they don't care who own the shares, they might benefit from getting free shares too. One man's trash is another man's treasure here.
