I wanted to throw this out there, which is what I told my buddy earlier which is why he decided to buy more. It is all speculation.
He had $6150 in his account and was able to buy 10K shares at 0.615. For that, he will get 4K shares of GNBT and 4K shares of NGIO. If NGIO goes IPO in say 2 months, and the IPO is only $2, then those 4K shares become $8K in NGIO. So that more than covers the initial $6150 and he will still have the 14K shares of GNBT. Theoretically, if NGIO came out with 100M shares at $2, then it is worth $200M. If GNBT owns 75% of NGIO, then that is $75M to the books. If GNBT has 75M shares out, then that adds $1 to the share price of GNBT. So if GNBT gets adjusted for the dividend to about 0.44/share, then the 14K shares would be 14K time 1.44 or $20,160. So now you have a total of $28,160 for a $6,150 investment. If NGIO comes out at $4, then you are talking about $86K for a $6,150 investment. Not a bad payout.
