Timing issues are fine, however, i'm curious as to why they have a separate XBRL formatting service or three different CPAs outside of an auditing firm. I feel like they chose poorly on how to get these things done. In any case, any time there are questions and things need to be changed, it's an error on management's end. So there's really no one to blame but themselves for the most part.
Also, the filing date as been "close" for a long time now. Will see how it goes, but I doubt it will be filed this month. Ten days will let us know if we see it this year or not.
