Joe, please let me echo rj's comments. We do support you on this board. I have met you and spoken to you by phone and email. You have always tried to assist. We know you are shareholder friendly, perhaps more so than any CEO any of us have "known". I put "known" in parenthesis, because we really don't know them. As a group we appreciate what you have experienced financially, emotionally, and most unfortunately, physically.
However, as I posted on Friday, we don't understand everything you say during the CC's. Some of it may be because you are rushed, and some of it is because you use business jargon. You know what you are saying, but sometime we don't.
I think all stakeholders can agree that the last few months have been frustrating. The multiple delays in the dividends and the back-stabbing by Creek Mountain and confusion of the Veneto deal have made people anxious. I'm just a guy, but I would encourage you to allow your better angels to help you distinguish between anxiety and confusion with unwarranted criticism. I also know that you can accept constructive criticism without lashing out.
Let goodwill be assumed by all until proven differently, just as you have done with some of your business partners. The enemies you had on this board have disappeared, as far as I can tell. However, some are afraid. As you have stated several times, you are not good at investing. Some of us are in the same boat. However, we believe that we have invested well by hitching ourselves to your efforts.
Just guide us through the dividends, help us understand the terms of the S-1, complete the NGIO spinout, and get GNBT on to NASDAQ. Once we get that far we expect that you will fulfill the big dreams you have for this Lazarus of a company. I think I once suggested that the name be changed to Lazarex, because you brought it back from the dead. Best wishes.
