Oh really? Is that so? I rather thought that he had made a lot of money in a previous job or from stock trading and thus can afford to remain without salary. If this is not the case then he should receive a salary at the least to cover his cost of living, which would be in the best interest of all of us shareholder, such that he can fully focus on GNBT and does not have to worry about survival. When in survival mode, one cannot fully focus on the important aspects of running a company, that is surely not in our best interest.

I agree. I know Joe is in this for the big score down the road and the satisfaction from having achieved something significant in bringing this company back to life. Having said that, i would surely hope he would be provided a salary once the S-1 funding comes through.
