I haven't read the whole transcript so you may be correct. I know I did read the coming days somewhere, possibly weeks. Sometimes he gives more detail in the follow up questions.
Having said that, the buzz created would be huge should it be signed by the time Joe got in front of those investors. Generex might get a shout out from Senator Scott too. That wouldn't hurt.
And yes, Generex has a history of being subject to delays. Always the fault of regulators, auditors or bad actors.
