Someone mailed me privately. I feel it might be useful for others viewing the corp from my angle. Thus sharing the response (with some parts taken out). Please comment as required if you feel it my help other longs understand where we are standing today :

====MY PERSONAL VIEW ON TODAY'S STATE OF THE CORP=======

<deleted></deleted>

Part 1. I somewhat agree with <deleted></deleted>. There were some obstacles in the HIV way. Let's get to this part later.

Part 2. Nader and BOD decided to expedite Cancer. They seem to notice something is off with HIV and they started to focus on Cancer. Yet they cannot accuse anyone, without delaying out product for a year or more. IMO, Right thinking...
They are also expanding their lines very fast, and their portfolio. They are doing this to avoid a hostile takeover for just a few billion dollars.
(Part 2.1) If a BP is lobbying FDA to delay their product, which I'm not implying, but if true, they will not influence on the Cancer line.
They are trying to get out of this never ending cycle for running cancer on all 12 cylinders.

Part 3
. Everyone is awaiting BLA and it is work in progress. Sooner or later they will file it. It's going to be difficult for FDA not to approve as it is in a rolling BLA. March, April, May, it will happen.

Part 4.
Corona IMO was a smart move. They are not spending money on research and not paying anyone, yet they are hoping to get into the CFDA for Corona and Cancer in an expedited way.

Cont'd of Part 1. and Part 2.1: Nader and BOD want to break the cycle. Let's make a few assumptions. Gilead was the BP that exactly knew about their product, and likely the culprit to tried bringing them down to their knees.
A very smart move that they did, was signing the Veyera. I highly doubt Veyera just randomly out of the blue wanted to partner with them. They exactly knew, the product is working and it is being purposely or incorrectly delayed. They will definitely protect their investment and break this cycle. I'm sure they are watching for wrongdoings by FDA.

In fact the action of them being sued right now after all these years might be very well related. Gilead will lose a huge market share.

I think joining force with the devil/Martin for HIV was and is in our favour. Nader did what he could and now Veyera will protect their multi-billion dollars cashcow/empire, too.

So, as I can see above, we are moving the right direction, why?

Let's assume FDA finds another excuse of the BLA, in 3 months. We are not awaiting to settle that in a year. We have our well known cancer line in progress, and hopefully started in CFDA as well. Our share price keeps going up.

We should note, at this time the HIV product in the market is the least we should worry about. It will come in time. 6 months, a year, 1.5 years. We will have it.

We should rush to get the Cancer to the market, and globally. Getting closer to the finish line will increase our price. We don't need the approval right away. Let's assume we have an approval in a year or 1.5 years.

At this time, we literally have nothing to worry about. Gilead plan to take them down and buy the product for way less than a $1 billion, failed.

(Cont'd Part 4).How many ppl live in North America. 350m? How many in China...maybe 1.5B.

So, <deleted></deleted> we have backup plans, if HIV is delayed. And also Shkreli is behind us.

<deleted></deleted>

=========== There is not much to worry about, and we did our part to load on our shares, we should just be patient =========
