Once the buyback starts People will pull the 2s off the ask and he can buy back a block once a week that exceeds the 20 percent of volume So not getting you there as people will not sell at a cheaper price and hold out for a higher price which would make it move up pretty quickly IMO but I guess we'll have to wait and see Also will depend on the news and how much news we get But everyone is entitled to their opinion and no one knows until it happens So just a waiting game From here to see how fast and how high it goes
