The Age old Question: Stocks or Warrants? Been
Post# of 32642
Been talking lately about which is the better investment, VERB or VERBW. Stocks or Warrants. I created the below chart to show the history of both since the NASDAQ uplist, and their relationship. Thought I would share.
Below it, is a chart showing the ratio between them, or in other words, the percentage of VERBW to VERB. A Ratio of 25% means the price of VERBW is 25% the price of VERB.
Please keep in mind the chart is not about predicting future moves, it is about showing the relationship.
When I am asked for my opinion over which to buy, the answer I always give is that no matter what investment vehicle you chose, if Verb succeeds and the PPS appreciates to much higher prices as we all hope, you will make out very well. No doubt about it, however, the potential to make more money on VERBW is greater as it is all about leverage and being able to control more shares. But if the tax implications, conversions, strike prices, risk, etc… have your mind in a spin, it is not worth the headache.
Me, I am all about choice. Why choose Cherry Garcia or Rum Raisin when you can have both?
This is my opinion only and should not be used for investment advice.
