I have a problem here , only 1 patient is with MB

I have a problem here , only 1 patient is with MBC ( M-i-L )

and 3 with mTNBC , my understanding from few PRs is that patient # 1 and 4 only are in phase 1b/2 .

So than patient # 3 must be mTNBC but admitted as an emergency patient...
