A handsome 70 mil bid, just so happens to meet a a beautiful 70 mil seller and its the perfect time with the right amount of shares. A rendezvous!
Whoever the buyers is is good for SFOR IMO. The seller needed to sell, After the honey moon, the PPS was stable ended up an 8% gain.
Who is the seller? I dont know.
Who is the investor? he must have compelling reasons to feel good about his investment if he parted with 170K must have done DD
I think if he feels good, so do I. Now we can wait for the revenues to flow
