It has been a reoccurring theme for the life of Mexus. The only constant is PT. He may be the hardest working guy in Mexico, but if you are not working hard toward the right thing does it really matter? If you were having brain surgery would you want a hard working surgeon or a surgeon that knows what he is doing?
