Actually listen to all those TV ads for Crohn's and UC treatments. They always have lengthy warnings about bad things that could happen by using their drugs. Typically, there are warnings about bad infections patients can get because the drugs suppress the immune system. (Some patients also get cancer, but whether it's really attributable to the drug is questionable -- hard to quantify what the increased risk is.)
Brilacidin will not depress the immune system like those other drugs do.
What would you rather do -- take a pill that dissolves where the problem is, or take a drug (often by injection) that knocks out your whole immune system?
