Gilead will lose their market shares and continue the down trend in the market cap. So, they need to do strategic acquisitions.
SRRA an almost broke oncology corp with somewhere around $20ish MC. in the past 2 months raise over $100m from tutes and end of January announced Gilead joining the gang. Gilead bought more that initially announced to have 9.99% stake plus almost equal warrants. Now SRRA is over 80 or 90% own by corps.
I'm already long there since few weeks ago. As I understand besides thier pipeline they are testing their drug combination with another drug and from what I understand to promote the immune system to kill ovaian cancer cells. And some solid tumors..
Can someone please read through this and their pipeline and help me understand why all tutes hold stakes there.
They are clearly holding to see good results and a BO likely by Gilead or other BP. Help me understand...WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SRRA PRODUCT OR THEIR COMBINATION FROM LERON????
My holdings there is relatively smaller than what I'm holding here. Maybe 1:7 dollar wise.
