Report filed with BaFin - Awaiting reply from their investigators. I will post updates on the case, if I get nowhere with that, I will go to seeking alpha and other news sites and contact writers. I will contact FINRA since this is across country lines, if anyone has any contacts for seekingalpha writers pm me and will talk directly with them to get an article written up.
