Whale Team room top traders who spotted the $IJJP loading deliberately boycotted iHub due to the long-term basher / scammers there to deny them the opportunity to get bids in at .0002 or get the majority of the limited .0003s available.
Now that a few people have commented there, I have just posted the following summary of the start of the move up today:

Correct - the 36M .0002s ($7.2K) were bought out in a single second.
Spotted immediately in the the main OTC trader networking rooms.
Instant 200M+ bid at .0002 from those that were watching to add "just-in-time".
Large ask hits up to 30M at a time at .0003.
Bid peaked at 266M .0002 - then former bidders started taking .0003s when it was obvious they weren't going to get a fill.
150M loaded already - mostly at .0003 - except for about 5M at .0004 and 40M at .0002.
Also alerted on social media by several significant OTC traders as soon as they spotted it and being covered in the 2 x main OTC trading alert platforms which have 1,267 members and 613 members respectively - so nothing is going to be missed and plenty of eyes on it for the next leg up.
