I am long on CYDY and have enormous respect for NP

The same respect should also be pointed at long-term investors, who have paid the price in myriad ways while supporting the stock over the years.
However, there are some fundamental and significant communication issues which continue to plague the various channels being used to disseminate information to investors (and likely, potential future partners). And these issues are clearly not completely limited to a lack of command of the English language.
Some of the attacks that can be found in various investor site threads and the Culper documents are examples self-inflicted wounds that were completely avoidable. Look, I get it: he's been doing this a long time, it hasn't been easy, the "promised land" is within view, he is an emotional guy, he believes in the product, and he's seen first-hand how it can change a person's life (MIL). These are all very admirable qualities.
However, these inconsistent characterization issues are not helping the company or the stock -- and they're probably not helping instill confidence with potential licensing partners. I'm not exactly sure how this gets resolved, but it desperately needs to be addressed.
Lastly, I would be lying if I didn't say that the details around the China announcement weren't a bit disappointing. I realize there are cultural, translational, and business differences that could be fueling this disappointment -- but this company, its one product, and its hospital holdings are not exactly what I was hoping for. However, I am happy to be wrong -- and I am still long CYDY with much conviction.
