No, I think you were born with it. Over the years, I have noticed you have exceptional grammar and language skills, something I never possessed as a kid and I had to work hard to overcome... Math was always natural to me but language not at all. Spelling, forget about it, i before e except after c, but then what about "science"? I never understood the rules. I suspect language has always been natural to you. I think you could help in this area, yes, greatly, if they would allow it.
