So what I'm seeing is the use of preferred shares as the new scare tactic. I think it is standard procedure in the pennies to have massive preferreds for control purposes. If they aren't cashed out, they mean nothing. If they are cashed out it would likely be game over anyway.
I have noticed an intensified campaign to frighten new and old investors away from TYTN. I have to ask the question WHY? Must be a reason!
