I expect the 8K to be at least 400 pages as the initial Harvest 8K was 325 pages for 1 company and we will have an 8K rolling at least 4 companies that we know of into the Conglomerate.

I do expect a new Conglomerate Name as well as a new trading symbol.

I also expect a few forward looking statements, especially outlining International which we have very little information about currently. Part of the forward looking statement could include all the avenues by which all the products are being marketed or could potentially be marketed.

We should also read how EuroMed fits in to the puzzle.

We will also see the A/S, O/S, Float and all the shares that the "Insiders" and/or 10% Holders hold.

I do expect some explanation of Clinical Trials, "Gold Standard", By Whom and Where is all the R & D being worked on, Which Medications have been or are being launched and completely approved.

Plus I am sure many items that I am not aware of !!!

This is why I have always wanted the 8K on a Friday after hours to give us the whole weekend to read over and over and understand and then discuss before the market opens.
