Agrimed 1st sold to Marimed
Then reversed and sold to Harvest Health. litigation-Univec Conglomerate contract
now assigned to new owner Harvest Health.
Euromed standby.
Until this tweet by Dr Dalton, none of us knew exactly what had happened and what had caused the serious delay and what had caused almost complete silence from Dr Dalton - now we know - litigation !!!
The litigation needed to be resolved and settled before Dr Dalton could move forward with his plans.
