Contemporaneous record of manipulation attempts for inclusion in a possible SEC report:
Nonsense deliberately misleading posts by the usual suspects and 1 new one.
"Crisco" most probably responsible for the paint downs as he commented upon them (even though they were ineffective).
"Bionic Man" also deliberately misleading and making unsolicited responses to main traders even when blocked.
Also, long-time multiple stock basher "Ole Broke Azz" - who has no previous recent knowledge of $EVSV - started soft bashing and even tried sending me an unsolicited DM on iHub.
With the overwhelming number of buys being on the ask at .3000 today, the manipulation attempts were mainly topping up the walked down ask at .3000 - appeared to be using shares that had previously been at .4100 ask.
There were also 6 x ineffective paint down attempts "for no benefit" as defined by the SEC and brokers' compliance departments - all after buys higher at .3000:
1 share set at .2555 at 10:47:36
120 shares set at .2500 at 10:13:58
133 shares set at .2750 at 13:56:50
30 shares set at .2500 at 15:42:10
1 share set at .2600 at 15:50:22
1 share set at .2500 15:50:23
Suspects who should have their trading records checked during any SEC investigation for order placement - iHub IDs:

"Bankroll865" [new alias basher created 1/22/2020]
"ricksnaderstrump" [new alias created 2/5/2020 - 6 x bashingposts]
"ghostrider19"[suspect duplicate alias basher account with only 757 posts since 08/06/2013]

Warning ! Anyone who is seen posting nonsense on iHub on any on the thinly traded stocks I'm a shareholder in - especially when small paint downs are also seen along with undercut asks - can expect to have their user ID passed to the SEC which has now started to take action against those using the exact modus operandi I have detected and commented on for the past 2 years:
