As soon as the price breaks above .01 - level 2 will be very thin on the Ask.
There are "evil bashers" who have posted that they will not let the price go back above .01
To prevent the price going back above .01 - they need to put their blocks of shares for sale under .01
I really hope this is all the shares that they own and that after they are "taken out" - the "evil bashers" can pick on a different stock to try to "destroy" and earn their "soda can" money by being paid for each post that they post on message boards.
The "evil bashers" will live with regret and remorse for the rest of their miserable lives as all of us are victorious and vindicated.
