Hello fellow shareholders.

I spent the whole day with David visiting our leases and going over operations. This has been very enlightening on many fronts. Working with David has been a pleasure and he fully understands where we are and where we need to go. He is very cognitive of our past experiences with former TECO employees that have not preformed.  David seems genuine and will carry us forward from what I can tell. This is only the first day so time will better tell the full story but I'm impressed at his ability to get things done. I plan to work tomorrow on the Brown lease getting 2 more pump jacks up and working. We have to put 2 motors on.

I turned on the power today to give us around 20 bpd on the Brown lease after we ran the lines down and had the water injection well acidized.

Right now as it stands new drilling will start on the Brown lease next week. I feel comfortable sticking with that projection. This is my projection.

We meet with Pistol on Friday as the principles will be here to finalize arrangements on setting up the rig 7. I met with the landowner of the Mitchell lease and he too is anxious to get the drilling started. We already have a staging area set up to accommodate the rig and associated needs.  We are looking at next week for Rig 7 to arrive and that is not set in stone. I'll have an update on that Friday as all parties are set to meet here in Abilene.
