As long as $1 holds, everything is fine. If selling continues like last two days, the whole sentiment could alter to something bad.
Yes, it could break under $1. It depends on how much they have to sell. I am guessing it will bounce around this area, as people that missed out on the first run-up will buy dips as we wait for sp moving news... we will see. The price swings can be an emotional roller coaster for some. But it is not like if it drop below $1 those results will not determine the final outcome, especially once the noteholder is done. It is the other way around, the final outcome on drug approval, cancer trial results, etc, will determine the share price.
This is not directed to you Cytodynamite, but since I am already discussing this.
Let me also remind new investors of a post I gave a couple weeks ago. Basically diversify over time when added a stock. Hopefully someone new here didn't go "all in" at 1.60. It is hard to not do that for someone new, as you are excited about your new find, and as you see the price jumping up. But The stock is very volatile and will be over the next year. I look for volatile stock to daytrade. It happens on big boards as well, especially with stock moves 500% in a couple months like this. So it is not an otc issue, it is very common, with strong emotions of fear and greed we can see playing out in the chart.
The second piece of advise for new investor is due your own due diligence. I have read lots and lots of papers, sec filings, press releases, as many here have and I am confident in the results, which helps greatly against these price swings. If you don't do that yourself and provide a foundation, it can feel like gambling as the price moves up and down, and that is not good, not good at all on emotions. I learned the hard way as everyone else does when I first started trading, which without due diligence you are doing instead of a long-term investment.

I started investing 3 years ago here, when it was at 75c, just to watch it fall to 25c. I added over time, keeping the faith, knowing leronlimab was special. Some others went all-in at 60c or 70c or 50c, many that did got bitter over the couple years watching their balance fall. We are close to approval, cancer results, etc, so I'm expecting good returns, a year from now I am expecting higher, but the path from $1 to $3 or $5 can be a windy road, next week it might be 70c or it might be 1.30. The best way to avoid that situation that happened to many is to add over time.
All, imo.

2. Diversify
To protect your money, buy stocks in various different kinds of companies and spread your purchases out over time.
“The best thing with stocks, actually, is to buy them consistently over time,” Buffett told “Squawk Box” in February 2017. “You want to spread the risk as far as the specific companies you’re in by owning a diversified group, and you diversify over time by buying this month, next month, the year after, the year after, the year after.”
