new SEC guidelines will allow these delinquent companies quite a bit of leeway. 2-3 years to work on getting current before delisted. He told me QB and higher would be more like 2 years. I heard there are quite a few companies that have reasons why they may be delinquent and those timelines will help them get it figured out. Once this timeframe happens companies will need to get their shi+ together, however.
