As I have seen on this board, posts about different exit strategy's. I feel it should be different for each. For those long, longs, you might not apply, but you might.
All the talk about how, big fish will jump at the chance to snag up these shares. Which I agree with. If you have, I would say a Mill or less. Why sell any more than what you need? My exit strategy, is to hold on to as much as possible. With the hopes of this conglomerate paying out dividends. If this is the stock to own, and you bought it for .01, .02, .03, why would you sell it, only to buy something that isn't the BOMB? Hold, and only sell only what you need.
A good idea would be, to sell enough to be able to not have to work. And be able to go to school for a couple of years, for finance. No matter what you do, Im sure it will be a profitable outcome. Im sure the Dr. would like to know that, most of his shares are owned by the same people, who believed in him through the hard times in penny land.
