Just add....
We do our Due Diligence searching for the possibilities that could happen, and do NOT know for sure until the company has made it Public thru i.e. PR's, SEC filings, podcasts.
Unfortunately the FD/Fiserv deal took way too long, 3 years and that was on First Data! The Fiserv buyout/merge of FD was part of that delay. They being the new owner of FD, obviously any deals needed to be vetted! So another Billion Dollar Behemoth approved the FD deal done thru our channel ACS/sub-CSI! We now have two Industry GIANTS merged and started Implementation 15 NOV 2019 with our IP, which will be done on global efforts -- ENTIRE Cyber/Internet ECOSYSTEM!
Then we have another Large Deal thru the same channel with DSS, which IMO will be even bigger due to Asia market and the DSS Int'l CEO Chan that I'm sure has very good contacts throughout Asia and great business man!
Best to everyone with their investment decisions! I continue to buy and added over another 1M shares the last 2 weeks! I feel very confident with my DD, and also others that provide great DD!
