Last I checked this was a penny stock. Pr's are really misspelled as it should be BS. That goes for EVERY penny stock PR period. If you purchased this stock because of the PR's well .....no comment.
A forward looking statement is just that....looking forward. The same as tomorrow never comes as tomorrow is always tomorrow forward looking statements will no longer be "forward looking" at the point when those "projections" become fact. So far all we have is forward looking statements. PR's are for those that are capable of looking forward not so much for those only capable of looking back.
My comments were all based on your illogical statement.

I have a price point and a date set for results. After that I will evaluate and stand pat or sell and never look back. We all have the same option.
So we wait for Feb. 17th to see what that brings.
