Better or Worse Since Update - The honest answer is that things are way way better. The BLA being delayed was actually a blessing - Here is why. Asking for that extra safety data was for ONE and ONLY ONE REASON - they are clearly going to approve this and need the cover your butt data on safety. 700ppl is irrefutable evidence of safety with no SAE. Then you have a drug bringing CTC's down to zero which is a secondary/surrogate endpoint. This reeks of approvability. Then lets not forget the people in China and the Coronavirus. We have plenty of people to treat there. This is a mega licensing deal. They cant let their work force be impaired or die.
So the point is that we are better and that this report was a complete and utter hatchet job. Have you seen their track record? It sucks big time. Does anyone here think they got this right long term. you also have HC wainwright stepping up reiterating buy.
It looks like Chicago Ventures might be very close to being done given all the volume that has traded. If stock breaks 1.20 next resistance 1.30
