It does not. But, I was willing to accept it just fine if BLA had been filed, a deal announced, or our SP going up to $2. Instead....we're left wondering why.
Again, long term, we all know we'll be ok, but we need February to be a special month so we can ease into uplisting and get away from the OTC clowns.
