I am less concerned about the details of the dividends than I am that FINRA did a thorough examination and has allowed Generex to issue the dividends for GNBT and NGIO.
Like most of you, I am working my way through the PR. There is a lot to digest. However, the green light from FINRA can only help with the uplisting process. Any real money that will be made will be due to the same 3 items and they will never change. (Notice the Jim Jordan reference there.)
Uplisting to NASDAQ
Non-toxic funding
Execution of the business plan
I think we can be 99.9% assured that the dividends will be completed by the end of February. I look forward to hearing more about the S-1, uplisting, and developments with NGIO, Altucell, Excellagen, Regentys, and the MSO after the dividends have been distributed.
