I believe you’re correct that the mBC trial has 2 tNMBC patients and 2 mBC patients. NP did not give a CTC for patient #2 nor for patient #4 and we know that CTCs are not part of the emergency protocol. That would align with NP’s email response to you last week but it also means the PR last week was incorrect.
What’s the standard for CAML? Is the goal to get that to zero as well or is there a different target like under 10? Under 5? 45 to 30 is a 33% reduction but let’s hope it decreases further. They really need to get CTCs drawn in the emergency patients so it can be submitted to the FDA.
