Their researcher didn’t interview Amarex Clinical Research LLC, or mention our presentation at CROI last year or the presentation that Dr Jonah Sacha will be presenting at CROI this year. In fact they didn’t mention him at all. They did mention their physicians by specialty but not by name for verification and they implied that our studies on breast cancer were in the same trial - comparing apples or oranges.
We need to get the BLA submitted and not be susceptible to these types of attacks. I didn’t understand the reason for the delay and the misunderstanding of the data request.
