"For God's sake man...he is the CEO! If his words

So you're suggesting he lied? Or are you suggesting that everything that comes out of a CEO's mouth must be 100% accurate? If that was the case, companies would never miss their quarterly financial forecasts. Who's to say the timelines weren't accurate at the time he shared them with us, and that MAYBE something's changed? Maybe the FDA is asking for more info on the mono patients because they're considering label expansion. The fact that the timeline has suddenly moved out a month tells me that something's changed, and you shouldn't just assume that it's all bad. This is not a static environment, especially when dealing with the FDA. We're very fortunate to have a CEO who wants to keep us informed and is willing to share what he knows when he knows it. Where do you think he's getting his information from? Do you think he's creating the BLA himself, or do you not hold those who are providing the clinical data responsible? Do you not think they're giving him the timelines for delivery, or are you just content with throwing the CEO under the bus everytime "he" misses a timeline? The information (i.e. timelines) that he's sharing with us reflect what he's being told. And, yes, contractors miss their deadlines all too often, and don't just assume that NP is letting it slide. And what about the FDA and their constantly moving of the goal posts?
I, for one, am thankful we have a CEO that's willing to share what he knows, albeit with limitations. I can't thank of any other stock that I've been in where I didn't have to wait months just to get a fluff PR, much less daily PRs, weekly videos, and bi-monthly conference calls. Yes, the CEO is ultimately responsible and I haven't heard NP blame anyone else. Yet realistically, the timelines that he's given us are only as good as the information that's given to him.
So take a chill pill, and give him a break.
