Given the level of trauma victims he worked with, he always chose his words very carefully when talking to the patient's family and taught me to choose my words carefully as well, when conveying critical information.
Yes, I would rather have that info from NP than not, I am just suggesting that even if his people tell him "We will have the BLA finished on Friday," when he tells us, he should hedge his bets just a bit, under-promising and over-delivering, which would make him look even better!
