SJ- I have a feeling that FDA didn't request bigger trial for a reason ,
if 4-5 weeks later those 30 patients will be improving , they will get BTD and approval.
This is very big...!!!!!!!
But then we will see if they will approve protocol with 30 patients , I just think that Dr NP had hint from them. But we will see.
Everyone else can be treated in expanded access program now ..
