It was originally 3+3 design, with 350mg first. The first emergency they put on 700mg. A recent press release said 700mg was used on the first mtnbc patient; I believe we were discussing it at the time why not 350mg with the 3+3. Maybe the mtnbc patient are on 350 and doing well, it would be interesting to find out.
