Again we are falling into the trap that this is a regular company.....it is not...we are a biotech company with a genius at the helm....that is trying to put 'pieces' together to make a whole...when we speak of leadership and its duties to protect and build value, we most likely will be speaking about a 'regular' company....take for instance Ford motor company.....their leadership has to be very active in providing the goals necessary to succeed in making the cars, in marketing the cars and in selling the cars.....we are a microcosm of a company....we bought the company that make wheels, we engaged a company that makes batteries, we are trying to take over a company that makes transmissions, we engaged a company that delivers wheels, we also got a couple of gangsters that have drills and bits....we got a bank to bank roll all these pieces together (hopefully)

we are not an ordinary company....for the leadership to start producing....they are doing just fine.....its just the pps that is floundering, because of some gangstas selling the drills and bits....
