I re-read the 8 k, again, and the single interaction by Joe (which for the record, I have stated many times over, that I do not feel that the CEO of the company should be coming on a public board, and I even inferred at several times that MMPJOE is not joe moscato, but many here said the opposite) to the board. Altucell and Generex want to protect their rights.....Altucell can walk.....for a lot of reasons....if they do walk 'due to forces beyond the control of generex', then they are liable to the 218,000? that generex has paid them (this is generex protecting some of their money, hence their right)....any company can find reasons to walk away from generex....olaregen, regentys....hell even pantheon and gang....do they have a better opportunity somewhere else?....excelagen has been approved by the fda for almost 6 years....what did olaregen do with those approvals?....nada....along came generex to the rescue, yes rescue.....with nothing in their pockets, they took the nugget and are in the process of breaking it to smaller dimaonds.....this is easy to see, if all would do their DD....
and as to your point that Joe is stuck with us retail investors.....actually he is the babysitter to some of us investors....we are a nagging and complaining bunch that can never be pleased (i say the truth as i see it)...and does treat us very nicely when we call on the CC....because that is the platform for engaging with his shareholders.....not on a bulletin board.....on this board he can be as vicious as a rottweiler....because he knows some of us are paid bashers that want the pps to go down in flames.....hence why sometimes out of necessity he questions DOC and others if truly they are shareholders (we know Orlando is a subtle basher)...am not sure if he is a paid one or not....but the way he thrashes his (?) investment is bewildering.....
Joe has NO OBLIGATION to come on this board and explain any comments....he allowed us to have a conference call with him and the company's top brass and answered all our questions (he even answered to our EMOTIONS).....when it is necessary to come up with some public info then he will and he shall.....
The falling PPS is due to selling by Veneto and by CMF....no doubt...there continues to be selling....but not much....it has gone down in volume over the last 10 days.....even with great news, populating the ngio board of independent directors (3 in one week).....you know he just can't find these directors names in a hat....he is doing a great job, you just have to believe...
