What is the point? The answer is probably "any time now" or "we're just waiting for ..." or "our legal team is ...." or "it is out of our hands" or "we are planning a CC to update shareholder (on the lack of progress)" or "we are working on a news release to explain the current decline in pps" or "we'll have exciting news in the coming..."
