I am not familiar with INTL. Having watched hundreds of otc stocks, many diluting, that is a new one to me. It is not used with other otc that I have seen. They could be selling for someone, but not standard noteholders, that we have with cydy as with other otc.... maybe someone else with a lot of shares... don't know.
