They have a right to voice concerns when the company is not performing. If a shareholder(s) is losing money, they want to know why. They want to know what the company is doing about it. They want to know the decisions the company is making, good and bad. They want to see results.
For the record, I have owned a company in the past.
My concern is I have an investment in this company. I want it to succeed. I also am watching the missteps that have happened and what is currently going on. My concern is now, tomorrow, next week, next month, next year.
Decisions are made from the top down in the company. The buck stops here so to speak. We have listened to the plans all the way back to July and so forth. Delay after delay. Fine, we are now into February. It is what it is.
But saying people don't have a right to be concerned about this whole process and what has happened, is simply not right.
Just take a look at the stock price from July to now. Then say that with a straight face.
