Depends on how you see this RAIF activation and ADE. Its a HUGE and unfathomable thing for Henry to arrange 1 billion in RAIF funds to finance in all subsidiaries of PHI Group Inc.
Who would think of an OTC stock which is delinquent in SEC filings can even think of attempting a billion dollar fund. Forget about the result at least we are there almost there based on the TWEET
