If there were no noteholders CYDY would be at $ 2-3, if in the future noteholders are paid in cash we are over $ 2. NP has repeatedly said that it will go uplisting once CYDY has the money for the year ahead, so when we secure $ 40-50 million in non-dilutive funding, everything will be ready.
