$HALB. Tomorrow my be your last chance to get shares under .10 cents. Company is exceptionally well positioned going forward. Expecting an announcement on a contract with Turkey. Could send this stock (44 million float) flying fast.
My target range is .30-$1 depending on the size of the contract.
Initially alerted as our first TRIPLE CROWN Alert in December but news was delayed. It looks like this is the real deal. We alerted it again two days ago. Today we had a 69% gain. Tomorrow will be much better as the. Buzz has now grown and will materialize in the ask slapping and increase the PPS.
