I tend to agree....and if this board and CEO are responsible for me making 25, 50, 100, or even possibly 500-1000x on my money, then give them all the damn shares they want!! 
I'll be thanking them all the way to the bank.
...and yes, I realize that they would be filthy rich, but as long as I'm just "kinda" rich, I'm ok with it!
