The note holders, on the other hand, are currently converting at $0.50/share if the company isn't redeeming in cash. The note holders also are likely to have some internal guidelines institutionally where they're more or less required (by their own standards) to sell securities when they hit a certain gain threshold. I'd guess that 200% probably trips that requirement...
Last, somebody bought all those shares on the way down to $1.24 the other day. A 20% gain in no time isn't a bad flip.
