From my understanding, 1 Series D Preferred shares cost $1000. It can be converted at value/0.80, or 1250 shares. They also gave 500 warrants at $1 for each share. So converting all shares+warrants at current sp (just for cost discussion since these are restrictive now) of 1.50, would yield $2,375 per preferred share.
They sold 7570 of these for $7.6M.
They also reduced the number of Series C Preferred shares, which converted at 50c.
