What the heck are you talking about?!?! That's just ridiculous!!!! Just because an annoying SH wants answers right away means squat! I'm surprised he replies to you at all and maybe that's why he stopped -- due to unappreciative and disrespectful ways!
The CEO is NOT required to reply to anyone via email or tweets! He can just update via SEC filings and PR's! However, Mr. Kay does take a lot of his time to communicate with SH's via email and tweets, and also does podcasts.
